I have never ever dealt with a business that lacked so much intergrity. Customer service representatives will tell you a
different lie every single day. I ordered a complete bed set to include mattress & boxspring. The
bed frame was delivered in 5 days from time of order. Awesome!! But apparently "the
mattresses are made to order!???!" Scratch head here! What? Made to order? This isn't some hand-plucked-goose-feathered mattress, stitched by hand. It's a mass-produced steel spring with cotton batting mattress. Apparently they had one available for the picture on their website. They claim that they don't have inventory, that they come directly from the factory. Well if that's the case I think they ought to start doing business with a more reliable factory! But the LYING, now that's the
clincher! I have spoke to 4-5 different
customer service reps and requested to speak with a supervisor...how far do you think I got?! Nowhere!! It has now been over a month and the best they will tell me is it will be shipped December 22nd. Amazing thing...when I told them I was calling from a recorded phone line you could hear them swallowing that lump in their throat...no room for lies now, especially when I started mentioning that they had already charged the entire amount to my credit card even though they had not completed the order. I have also filed a dispute on my credit card charge regarding the lack of shipment on this item to help shake their tree a bit. 99% of my purchases are made on the internet, but never with this company again!

Cymax furniture made us wait weeks for delivery of slightly damaged crap. Their furniture is roughly equivalent to the junk you buy at Walmart and assemble yourself. Attempts to return the items are stonewalled and outrageous restocking and shipping fees are imposed. Do not buy from this company.
